BioSmile Custom Abutment Mill BX4 ASC and a new milling machine specially designed for machining custom abutments from titanium and cobalt chrome pre-mills, but also ceramic restorations (veneers, hybrid abutments, crowns etc.) from ceramic blocks.
The machine comes with CAM software configured and ready to use. Easy-to-use CAM software with tactile illustrations directly on the machine screen.
The BioSmile Pre-milled Blank ASC allows the machining of custom titanium and cobalt chrome abutments with a prosthetic axis straightened up to 25 ° from the implant axis.

The Pre-milled are compatible with the main implant systems and come with 2 prosthetic screws, two standard screws for the Standard Pre-milled and two yellow screws for the BioSmile Pre-milled Blank ASC offering an angulated screwing up to 25 °.
